A ticket is created when one submits a question to the Solution Center via an email to the GRI team (support@griefrecoverymethod.com).


Once an email is received, a sequentially numbered and dated ticket is created. GRI team members review the list of incoming tickets throughout each day, with each ticket being picked up or assigned to the team member best able to answer that question. Most tickets are completed within one to two days unless additional information is required.
