GRI uses the Satisfaction Survey through the SurveyMonkey platform to collect participant feedback on all GRM programs.
The survey link is found on the SRC in the "Surveys" tab and is required to be sent to all participants completing any GRM program or format. While the LSA requires that all GRMS provide the link, it is optional for participants to complete the survey. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
Individual GRMS may obtain a summary of the data on their programs when at least six surveys are completed in the system. This will help to ensure that the data are meaningful and will also help to maintain participant anonymity. Requests for individual data can be made no more than twice per year through the support@thegriefrecoverymethod.com email address.
