Once a pilot program is completed, the GRMS is expected to have a 30-minute post-pilot check-in call with a member of the GRI Support Team. 


Topics discussed during the call include the format provided, the number of participants, any challenges met, successes experienced, and other topics to be sure the GRMS has a system in place for continuing their GRM work. This system includes the provision of the satisfaction survey link, how to keep track of participants completing the program, and how to maintain marketing strategies to continue the growth of their GRM practice.  


The support team member and GRMS will also review the Specialist's GRM microsite during the post-pilot and assess if it is ready to be activated at the end of the call.
