In the Spring of 2023, the Advanced Online Training became the Online Capabilities Training. The Online Capabilities Training is comprised of four training modules that allow GRMS to offer the various GRM programs online.
The initial training module permits the GRMS to work One-on-One with grievers online and lays the foundation for all the other online training modules. Upon completing the online One-on-One module, a GRMS may choose to complete any/all of the additional modules which are covered in the initial registration fee.
The additional modules train and permit specialists to conduct online GRM groups, online HCWL, and online Pet Loss. Each module must be completed in its entirety before a specialist can offer that specific online program.
