Each person applying for the GRM 4-Day Foundational Certification training must read and agree to the GRM License and Service Agreement (LSA).
The LSA contains the basic legal terms and practices under which all GRMS must abide to remain in good standing with the GRI. The LSA also includes the terms and conditions under which the GRI will provide services to the GRMS.
Before 1/1/2018, this agreement was in effect for a total of 20 years without renewal. Beginning on 1/1/2018, an annual renewal process was initiated to ensure quality control and assess which GRMS were currently active in delivering GRM programs.
