Send the Survey Link to Your Participants


You are required to send the Participant Satisfaction Survey link to all those who complete any of your programs in any format. While you must send the link, it is optional for participants to fill out the survey. They also need to spell your name exactly as it appears on your microsite for your survey results to be matched to your site. Data Requirement


Once there are at least six completed surveys under your name, you may request a summary of your results. You may also request the information for a specific period of time - again, having at least six completions within that timeframe. This is to help make the results more robust and meaningful. If only two or three surveys were completed, the average scores on any item would not be very valid. The averages or percentages will be more reliable by analyzing at least six surveys. 



How Do I Request My Summary Data?


To get a summary of your results, please send your request to support@thegriefrecoverymethod.com. Due to limited staff availability, you are permitted a maximum of two requests per year. In addition, as more surveys accrue for you, the data become more stable and won't alter much anyway. Also, the data won't change much if very few surveys are received.
