Activating Your Microsite
Once you've successfully completed your pilot group or one-on-one and you've had your post-pilot follow-up call, your microsite will be activated. It is unlikely that you'll have any testimonials appearing at that time.
Send the Survey Link
You are required to give the participant satisfaction survey link to everyone who completes your programs in any format. You can find the survey link in the Specialist Resource Center under a gray tab on the left, labeled "Surveys." Upon completing the program, send this link to all those who finished: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GRMSatisfactionSurvey.
Clearly Spell Your Name for Them
It is crucial in the email to tell your participants to spell your name exactly as it appears on your microsite. There will be a question within the survey asking who their facilitator was. If they don't spell your name correctly, the tech department can't match your testimonials to your site. Be sure to include your name prominently in the email you send.
Their Participation is Optional
Please note that while it's required for you to send the link to the survey, it is optional for them to complete it. Also, it is pretty standard that people will answer numeric or multiple-choice questions, but when they get to the narrative question, they decline to leave a response. Therefore, they may tell you, "Yes, I did the survey," but you might not have a testimonial from that participant.
Protecting Their Anonymity
Finally, we require at least two or three comments under your name before pulling them from the survey onto the microsite. This is to help ensure each participant's anonymity. If only one testimonial (or even two) appears, you will likely know who submitted that comment. We try to protect the participant's anonymity by having multiple testimonials appear at a time. Our computer/web team only pulls these comments over from the surveys every other month to ensure a sufficient quantity to transfer.
How To Check on Your Responses
Understanding this process, if it's been a few months and you still don't see any testimonials (or any new ones), you can leave an email request at support@thegriefrecoverymethod.com, and someone will look into the question for you. Just know that testimonials don't come quickly or often. The first step is sending the survey link and including your name exactly as it appears on your site.
